Monitor Audio Radius 3 4G is a compact passive 2-way mini-monitor designed for stereo, TV, film, gaming, surround and multi-room projects where a small cabinet still needs meaningful bass extension and output. It is sold as a manufacturer-defined pair in High Gloss Black or Satin White.
Each speaker uses a 4.5-inch RST III C-CAM bass-mid driver and a 25 mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter. A ported enclosure tuned to 53 Hz helps extend the published in-room response to 44 Hz, while Monitor Audio rates the speaker at 107 dB maximum peak SPL and 75 W continuous power handling.

Compact performance with deeper extension
Radius 3 4G is the larger of the two compact Radius 4G models. Compared with Radius 1, it trades a little more cabinet volume for substantially lower published bass extension and higher output. Through-bolt driver bracing, the RST III bass-mid driver, a C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter and the tuned reflex enclosure are engineered as a compact high-fidelity system rather than as a lifestyle-only satellite speaker.
Amplifier matching
The speaker is rated at 8 ohms nominal and reaches a published minimum of 4 ohms at 250 Hz. Monitor Audio recommends 40–75 W RMS into 8 ohms or 75–150 W RMS into 4 ohms. This provides a useful specification window for stereo amplifiers, AV receivers and distributed-audio designs.
Desktop, stand or wall installation
Radius 3 4G can be placed on furniture, isolated with the Radius Desk Pad 4G, mounted on the Radius Floor Stand 4G, or wall mounted using the current FIX-M bracket. Monitor Audio's current Radius 3 documentation lists FIX-M as the compatible wall bracket; MASM is therefore not represented here as a current Radius 3 compatibility claim.
For deeper low-frequency output, add a subwoofer such as the Vestra W10. Monitor Audio's Radius support guidance suggests 60 Hz as a starting crossover point for Radius 3 4G when paired with a subwoofer.
