Include:
SKU, symptoms, troubleshooting attempted, photos/video, serials (if applicable).
Orders / Pickup / Freight Quotes
Order status, Calgary pickup, remote/territories quotes, and special handling approvals.
Include:
PO/invoice, ship-to, requested delivery window, any special services needed.
RMA / Warranty Claims
Warranty verification and RMA issuance. Don’t ship anything without an RMA.
