Do I need a completed BOM before contacting Simply Controlled?
No. Send the BOM if you have it; otherwise send the room, floorplan, load schedule, device list or rough scope. The goal is to help turn an early project into a cleaner ordering package.
Do I need to buy all my Lutron products through Simply Controlled?
No. Keep the distributor relationship that works for your business. Use Simply Controlled when another quote, availability check, BOM review or project-specific sourcing path is useful.
Can Simply Controlled qualify me for RadioRA 3?
Lutron controls the qualification requirements and software access. We can help point you toward the current training path and support the project work around qualification.
Where do Lumaris and shades fit?
They fit when they solve something on the project. Lumaris can extend RA3 into architectural tape light and connected downlights; Triathlon shades can add privacy, glare and daylight control. Neither category needs to be forced into every job.
