Surcharges & Remote Areas — Our Promise to You
Our shipping rates cover standard delivery within Canada. Some addresses (for example, carrier-designated remote/air-stage postal codes or the territories) and very heavy/oversized items may attract carrier surcharges. If anything additional is required to ship your order, we’ll email you first. You’ll be able to (1) approve the charge, (2) update the address/method, or (3) cancel the unshipped item(s) for a prompt refund. We flag potential fees early to keep surprises to a minimum.
- Common surcharge examples: remote/extended-area delivery (including YT/NT/NU), lift-gate or appointment service, inside/limited-access delivery, address corrections or re-delivery, and dimensional-weight/oversize handling.
- Canadian orders are domestic: GST/HST and, where applicable, PST are calculated at checkout; no customs or duties apply.

Oversize / LTL Add-On
- + $99 when any single carton > 30 kg, total shipment > 68 kg, or palletized (LTL).
- Add-on is waived when merchandise subtotal is $3,000+.
- Extremely bulky/fragile items may require a custom freight quote (clearly flagged on product pages).
Fulfillment Options
- Free pickup from our Calgary warehouse.
- Drop-ship anywhere in Canada at no extra charge (dealer name on packing slip available).
Service Levels
- In-stock items ship the next business day.
- Special orders: ETA confirmed via email before any freight add-ons are charged.
