Our goal is simple: predictable freight and no surprises. If anything requires approval (remote/territories/oversize or special carrier services), we confirm it before shipment.
Checkout shows the shipping rate (when eligible)
- For Standard Service Areas, you’ll see the standard rate in-cart before checkout.
- If the address triggers an out-of-area rule (territories/remote/air-stage) we move to a quote-before-ship workflow.
If a freight quote is required, we email it first
- We send a custom freight quote for approval before shipment.
- Your options: approve, provide an in-area / forwarder address, or cancel unshipped items for a prompt refund.
Pick, pack & dispatch
- In-stock items typically ship next business day.
- Special orders: ETA is confirmed by email before shipment.
Tracking & delivery
- Tracking is provided when the carrier confirms pickup.
- If a carrier surcharge is required (lift-gate, appointment, inside delivery), we confirm it before shipment so you can approve or change the plan.

What is a “Standard Service Area”?
Standard Service Areas are carrier-supported destinations within the Canadian provinces where standard parcel ground service is available at our published flat/free rates. Territories (YT/NT/NU) and carrier-designated remote / air-stage postal codes are excluded and require a freight quote.
How do I know if my address is excluded (remote / air-stage)?
Best check: enter the full ship-to address in your cart before checkout. If you see the standard rate, the destination is eligible. If the carrier designates the postal code as remote/air-stage (or the shipment otherwise falls outside Standard Service Areas), we’ll confirm a freight quote by email before shipment so you can approve, update the address (e.g., forwarder/in-area), or cancel unshipped items.
Do free/flat thresholds apply to territories or remote postal codes?
No. Out-of-area destinations require a custom freight quote before shipment, and free/flat thresholds do not apply.
When does the Oversize / LTL add-on apply?
The +$99 add-on applies when any single carton exceeds 30 kg, the total shipment exceeds 68 kg, or the order ships palletized (LTL). It’s waived at $3,000+ merchandise subtotal.
Can you drop-ship to my customer?
Yes, within Standard Service Areas. If you need your dealer/company name on the packing slip, include that detail in order notes (or email support).
What if the carrier requires lift-gate, appointment, inside delivery, or other services?
If a surcharge is required, we’ll contact you before shipment so you can approve the charge, update the delivery method/address, or cancel any unshipped items for a prompt refund.
Do any brands have special shipping terms?
Some lines and certain bulky/fragile items may have brand-specific freight requirements (or special packing/handling constraints). Where applicable, the product page or dealer price list will flag exceptions, and we’ll confirm any additional freight requirements before shipment.
