Out-of-Area & Freight Quote Policy
Our flat/free rates apply only to Standard Service Areas in the Canadian provinces. We do not offer flat or free shipping to the territories (YT/NT/NU) or to carrier-designated remote/air-stage postal codes.
- Out-of-area orders require a custom freight quote before shipment.
- We’ll email the quote so you can (1) approve, (2) provide an in-area address, or (3) cancel unshipped items for a prompt refund.
- If economical shipping isn’t possible, we may decline the shipment and refund unshipped items.

Out-of-Area & Territories (No Flat/Free Rates)
- Includes YT/NT/NU and carrier-remote/air-stage postal codes.
- Freight quote required; free thresholds do not apply.
- Option: ship to a freight forwarder or alternate in-area address.
Oversize / LTL Add-On
- + $99 when any single carton > 30 kg, total shipment > 68 kg, or palletized (LTL).
- Add-on is waived when merchandise subtotal is $3,000+.
- Extremely bulky/fragile items may require a custom freight quote (clearly flagged on product pages).
Fulfillment Options
- Free pickup from our Calgary warehouse.
- Drop-ship within Standard Service Areas at no extra charge (dealer name on packing slip available).
- For out-of-area destinations, we can ship to a freight forwarder or alternate in-area address you provide.
Service Levels
- In-stock items ship the next business day.
- Special orders: ETA confirmed via email before any freight add-ons are charged.

- Orders to territories or carrier-remote/air-stage postal codes require a freight quote; free/flat rates do not apply.
- Purchases limited to approved dealers.
Exceptions & Special Terms
- CAST Lighting products may be subject to specific shipping terms — see the price list for details.
- Additional carrier services (e.g., residential delivery, lift-gate, inside delivery, appointment) may incur surcharges. If a surcharge is required, we’ll contact you before shipment so you can approve the charge, update the address/method, or cancel any unshipped item(s) for a full refund.
