The Humidity Sensor Switch provides intelligent control of exhaust fans through advanced, precise sensing technology. Fans activate automatically when humidity rises, managing excess moisture and damage from mildew and mold. While this humidity sensor works out-of-the-box for most applications, it can be adjusted for operating mode, run time, and sensitivity, if necessary, to be fine-tuned for your application. This control installs easily in 15 minutes or less and uses existing wiring. If a neutral connection is not present, the ground connection can be used.
