Heater compatibility
- 39-inch-class Eurofase heaters: EF15, EF20, EF25, EF40 and EF50 series, subject to the selected model's installation manual.
- Not intended for: EF30 or EF60 heaters, which use 61-inch-class mounting hardware.
- Finish: Black visible frame; the enclosure interior is light grey.
- Frame dimensions: approximately 48.05 × 16.94 inches overall; the 39-inch name refers to the compatible heater class, not the overall frame length.
- Finished ceiling opening: 43¾ × 12 inches per Eurofase 39-inch flush-mount installation specification; verify against the current project drawing.
What to specify separately
The infrared heater, wall controls, Wi-Fi/relay control equipment, branch circuits, protective devices and project-specific electrical material and labour are not included. Confirm the heater family, ceiling assembly, mounting height, wiring and controls for each project.
Canadian installation and ordering
A Type-X enclosure does not automatically establish the fire-resistance rating of a complete ceiling. Installation must follow Eurofase's current flush-mount and heater instructions, junction-box accessibility requirements and applicable Canadian electrical and building codes. A qualified professional should verify framing, clearances and ventilation.
