Air-return capability is optional and requires the proper project configuration; do not state that a return-air assembly is included with a base luminaire.

Optional components: Air return is a manufacturer-described optional feature; confirm the specified vent configuration and HVAC return-air path for your project. Sensors, remotes and emergency driver are available separately and are not included by default. A sensor-ready knockout does not mean a sensor is preinstalled.

R35409 versus previous R35408

See older LUXOR R35408 for the preceding non-HL LUXOR model. R35409 adds 70W and 2700K, uses 90 CRI optics, has a revised 1505 × 500 mm footprint and is not a drop-in dimensional equivalent to the older 1517.5 × 501.5 mm model. Do not inherit the older model's 60W limit or DLC Premium designation.

Reference layout supplied: a simulation screenshot displays 45 fc in a 40 × 20 ft room using ten R35409 luminaires set to 30W / 2700K, arranged 5 × 2 at 8.5 ft luminaire height with a 2.5 ft workplane. That is a specific simulated layout—not a guaranteed illumination level for a project or a single luminaire.
