Choose the exact Trim Finish above. This PDP has two genuine manufacturer SKUs, each with its own barcode and CAD price. Both contain the same 5CCT-selected 10W gimbal lighting system and an included 120V TRIAC-dimmable driver.

Both versions select 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K at the fixture. Finish is a separate selection; the colour-temperature control does not change black trim to white or vice versa. For exact-SKU photometry, confirm output against the selected finish and installation: the Lotus sheet gives one CCT/lumen table at the model-family level, not separate laboratory results for white and black.

Light output at each field-selectable colour temperature

The published 930-lumen maximum applies at the 4000K setting. It is not a guarantee at all five CCTs, all dimming levels or both trim finishes. Lotus lists CRI 80 and a 48° nominal beam; do not confuse this wider directional gimbal with the CRI95/CRI98 24V Mini Tangra fixed downlights.

Installation and 120V wiring considerations

1. Verify the exact JXL-FG0410W-5CCT model and chosen white or black trim on the lighting schedule.
2. Make the 4-inch round ceiling opening and allow for the manufacturer's 1⅜-inch body depth, separately stated 1-inch ceiling-space fit and connection-box placement.
3. Install according to the current Lotus mounting and wiring diagram; Type IC means no separate recessed housing required in the specified assembly.
4. Wire the included 120V AC TRIAC driver and integrated connection box as permitted by the manufacturer and local code. Confirm the 9.69-cu-in box capacity and conductor limits; do not add an unrelated 24V KVE supply.
5. After installation, rotate the light through the specified 360° and adjust tilt up to 90° to aim the 48° beam.
6. Choose the desired 2700–5000K setting, then verify proper operation with a compatible 120V TRIAC dimmer within the manufacturer-stated 5–100% range.

Can I use this light on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, that is a stated application. Lotus specifies 90° tilt and 360° rotation to direct the beam for sloped ceilings and wall washing.

How bright is it at 4000K?

The manufacturer lists 930 lumens at 4000K, the highest output among its five CCT reference settings. Outputs for the other positions are 850, 870, 920 and 880 lm at 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 5000K.

Does this fixture have CRI90 or higher?

No. The manufacturer specifies CRI 80. If a project requires CRI90/95/98, select a model whose particular datasheet documents that grade.

Is it wet-location rated for showers?

Not according to the supplied JXL sheet. Lotus specifies damp locations, not a wet-location approval. Use a properly rated fixture wherever wet exposure is required.
