Quick choice: The Lotus LE4RR-24V is an 11W, 4-inch round deep-regressed recessed LED downlight for low-voltage ceiling, shower and soffit lighting. Its 1⅛-inch recessed light source reduces perceived glare, while a built-in constant-voltage-to-constant-current converter stabilizes LED operation. Choose either a five-colour-temperature selectable (5CCT) engine or a 3000K-to-1800K dim-to-warm engine. These are different, non-interchangeable hardware configurations.

5CCT models: The user selects one of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K on the fixture. The selectable 5CCT engine is offered in all four finishes: WH, AZ, BK and ORB.
Dim-to-warm models: The 3018K light engine warms from 3000K toward 1800K as it dims. These models are available only in white (WH) or black (BK). The dim-to-warm engine is not a five-position 5CCT selector.
Light output: use the right measurement
The manufacturer lists the following output values for the WHITE trim reference. They are not warranted lumen outputs for black, Alzak or oil-rubbed bronze versions, nor are they independent photometric tests for every SKU.

For a lighting design or agent-assisted quantity calculation, choose the correct trim and light-engine SKU and obtain its matching photometric data. The headline “up to 860 lm” is a manufacturer value for the white-trim 5CCT reference at 3500K, not every six-SKU configuration.

Compatible Lotus 24V driver: select the correct quantity
Important: The LE4RR-24V fixture is 24V DC constant voltage and must not connect directly to 120–277V AC. A compatible Lotus KVE 24V 5-in-1 dimmable driver is required and sold separately. Use the following manufacturer-published 11W LE4RR-24V maximum fixture counts; they differ from the 5W/8W Mini Tangra recommendations.

Installation and optional rough-in accessories
Lotus specifies an opening between 4⅛ and 4¼ inches in diameter. The spring-clip design snaps into the opening; no separate recessed housing is required under the manufacturer's described installation. The light is 1⅛ inches regressed for reduced glare and needs the stated 2-inch ceiling clearance. Always consult the complete installation diagram for actual clearance and wet-location assembly details.

These optional accessories are not included in the luminaire price. The Mini Tangra PR/PS 1-inch and 2-inch rough-in plates elsewhere in this catalogue have different cutout geometries and must not be assumed to fit LE4RR-24V.
Answers for customers and purchasing agents
What is the difference between 5CCT and 3018K?
5CCT allows selection among five fixed white temperatures (2700–5000K). 3018K is a dedicated 3000K-to-1800K dim-to-warm engine. The two light engines are separate SKU choices; the 3018K version is offered in white or black only.
Can I dim this fixture down to 0.1%?
The LE4RR-24V manufacturer's sheet specifies dimming down to 1% with compatible Lotus KVE drivers, not 0.1%. Always use the specified product-family rating.
How many fixtures can I connect to one 30W driver?
Lotus lists two LE4RR-24V fixtures on a KVE 30W driver, five on 60W and eight on 96W. The driver is a separate purchase and installation-dependent electrical constraints still apply.
Is a recessed housing required?
Lotus specifies Type IC, air-tight, wet-location construction with no separate housing needed and attached spring clips. Follow the manufacturer's installation method and applicable local requirements.
Is 860 lumens guaranteed for black or bronze trim?
No. Lotus's numeric CCT/lumen table is labelled Light Output White Trim. Its 860-lumen maximum applies to the 3500K white-trim 5CCT reference. For other finishes or settings, request variant-specific photometrics.
When will these ship?
Lotus's October 2026 new-products notice anticipated November 2026 for the 5CCT configurations and December 2026 for dim-to-warm. These are historical supplier launch targets, not live Simply Controlled inventory or promised delivery dates. Confirm actual availability before quoting an installation schedule.
