The Lutron GRX-IRPS-WH is an essential component for flexible architectural spaces. Designed to work with GRAFIK Eye 3000 and 4000 Series systems (and QS systems via contact closure interfaces), this sensor pair automates the "room combining" process. When a movable partition wall is closed, the sensor detects the barrier and keeps lighting zones independent; when the wall is opened, the sensor automatically links the zones so they function as a single large space.
By utilizing a discreet infrared transmitter and receiver pair, the GRX-IRPS-WH eliminates the need for manual scene reprogramming or toggle switches. Its low-profile design allows it to be recessed into the ceiling or wall, maintaining the clean aesthetic of high-end commercial environments while providing robust, reliable automation.
