Frequently asked questions
Is the fixture actually 6–16W?
No. Lotus specifies exactly 6, 8, 10, 12 or 15W selectable; there is no listed 16W setting.
How many SKUs are in the 5×5 chart?
One physical Shopify/lotus SKU. The 25 combinations are field-adjustable settings, not separate products or boxes.
Does a two-hour-rated fixture guarantee a two-hour fire-rated ceiling?
No standalone guarantee. Lotus reports its two-hour test standards; the specified entire ceiling assembly, installation and local approval must be checked.
Are the junction box and emergency backup included?
No. The specification explicitly says the junction box is not included, and lists emergency backup drivers under sold-separately accessories.
Can I leave the 0–10V conductors unconnected?
Lotus explicitly warns “0–10V wires must be connected.” Follow its wiring diagram and required controls.
